L U X X - C A S T

Just so you know, LUXX-CAST No. 1 is running a little behind.  We’re planning on releasing it on the 1st of February.  We promise it will be worth the wait.  Besides some commentary, we’ll be featuring interviews from Enzo Cage and Daniel Davis.  We’ll be featuring atmospheres from our field recording and backdrop engineer Devon Underwood, and of course, the best Creative Commons music out there right now in the Minimal/Ambient, Ambient/Electronic, and IDM/Glitch arenas.  It will be more than epic. … it will be Barbaric.  Artists include Specta Ciera, Julien Mier, Jourdan Laik, Visuelle Musik, Clark Nova Portable, brand new music from Carl Sagan’s Ghost, and more!

Also note that once the podcast is live, this website will be much more active and we hope you, the listener, can contribute by submitting news, ideas or music for the podcast.  We will be sharing stuff frequently.  Stay tuned…

L U X X - C A S T is the podcast of Luxus-Arctica records International.  Right now this website is in a semi-development phase as we try and get things together to be able to get this first podcast out in January.  Right now we’re still accepting music submissions for the podcast in the ambient/electronica, IDM + Glitch, and minimal ambient genres.  We may end up doing a remixed version of our compilation we have (which is expected to be released this month).  The podcast will also include some commentary (or Possible Stimulus) which will focus on a variety of things from reviews of music to ambient theory to in depth stories and blurbs about people and projects in the related music fields.  We also may rebroadcast edited versions of the ex-Lounging Sound radio show, Blendfish.  Stay tuned…
